The white grape variety “Petite Arvine”, which is typical of Valais, grows in the Clos de Mangold. Rhubarb is a very typical aroma on the nose and palate. It's a great combination of fruit and vegetal, greenish flavors. On the nose, the wine gives off an aroma that is reminiscent of mandarin, ice candy, flint and lime. On the palate, it is lively, mineral and juicy. Its aromas range from quince, pineapple to mango and tart herbal notes. It looks juicy, plump and velvety soft.
