Beautiful and sunny landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Charles Rolaz / Hammel SA conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Shiraz is very good to serve with roasted vegetables or barbecues.
Tasting note
Its elegant crimson is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your guests will confirm it. The Clos de la George Syrah's fruity aromas of blackberry, bread and jam express a lot of finesse with a very special structure. Next, the fruity nuances of blackcurrant and chocolate reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a medium-bodied body and dominant acidity, which develops its complex structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 14°-16°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Clos de la George Syrah goes well with game, barbecue and roasted vegetables.
