About the wine
Red and white grapes from the same vineyard are pressed together and are pressed after a maceration period of around 24 to 36 hours. This gives the Schiller its rosé-like color. Fermentation and ageing take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting note
Iridescent bright red color. A youthful fresh scent of currants on the nose. Fresh acidity on the palate. A lovely summer wine.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif, salad, vegetable dishes, light meat dishes and sushi.
