About the wine

Tasting note
When Sauerland Josephin Cramer met her Finnish husband Jarkko Peränen at a wine festival in Panzano, the two soon knew that they wanted to make wines together. Thanks to fortunate circumstances, they were able to acquire the Candialle winery. It is located at the southern end of the famous Conca d'Oro, the “golden basin”, below Panzano in Chianti.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or a bistecca alla fiorentina.
