Tasting note
The estate's very first Gran Selezione vintage features an intense ruby red color and aromas of wild berries, violets and amarena cherries, as well as spicy notes of tobacco, vanilla and a bit of forest soil. Extremely elegant on the palate with fine tannins and a long finish characterized by wild berry aromas. The wine will continue to develop over 15 years.

Vinification
The handpicked grapes were selected first in the vineyard and again on arrival in the cellar. The wine matured for 20 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and 36 months in the bottle.
