About the wine
The pristine and remote landscape of the Côtes du Rhône serves as inspiration for the winemaker from the French winery Domaine du Père Caboche to make this red wine come true. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with barbecue or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
Bigarreau red with violet reflections. Expressive, characterized by aromas of red and black fruits, raspberry jam, seasoned with a fine touch of bay sauce. Gourmand, at the same time sweet and firm, strong and long, generous range of aromas, aftertaste with notes of Espelette pepper and menthol, for a nice feeling of freshness. Dense tannins with a lot of fine grain. Complex, fruity, fresh, elegant and with nice storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stuffed aubergines, black pudding, coq au vin, rabbit stew, beef cutlets with pepper, bleu des causses, brie de meaux, camembert and chocolate desserts.
