Tasting note
The Vielles Vignes is a majestic wine of great taste. The bouquet is dominated by blackberries and cassis, with a very finely interwoven woody note. Dense on the palate, with perfectly integrated, almost sweet tannins and a beguiling fruit extract. Its intensity and full-bodied character, deep concentration and power are typical of this wine.
Culinary recommendation
Decant systematically up to 6-8 years of age.
Vinification
18 months in new French barriques.
