About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this distinctive Grenache 2017 — Chateauneuf-du-Pape Les Cedres AC! The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this grenache with spicy dishes or red meat.
Bio
Tasting note
Dark ruby, complex and expressive. Aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberries. Mocha, vanilla and floral notes of dried rose. Powerful on the palate with a fine tannin structure and a medium finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, venison and veal.
Vinification
Traditional vinification. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maceration of 3 weeks with daily pumping. Storage for 12 months in French oak barrels.
