The remote and untouched landscape of the Côtes du Rhône serves as inspiration for the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Roger Sabon to make this white wine come true. Tasting note
Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Renaissance's fruity aromas of red plum, clove and prune express a lot of complexity with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of red cherry and cinnamon reveal their own character. A white wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which develops its lively structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
