Tasting note
Sauvignon develops ideally on calcareous soils. Native to the Loire, it loves a temperate climate. Warm summer days and evening, cooling winds promote the full development of grape aromas. The vines are rigorously cut in winter. So a “green harvest” is hardly necessary. We harvest 600 gr per m². Bright iridescent dress, elegant nose, rich in finesse, with cassis notes and elderflower aromas. Long aftertaste, with a fresh, racy acidity.
