Château Potensac is a renowned winery in Medoc known for its first-class Cru Bourgeois wines. Chateau Potensac Cru Bourgeois Medoc AOC is an elegant and balanced red wine that impresses with aromas of dark fruits, spices and a fine mineral note. On the palate, it is full-bodied with silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish. An excellent wine that goes perfectly with grilled meats or strong cheeses.
Tasting note
This is memorable: Its unprecedented ruby red gives every occasion a special touch. Chateau Potensac Cru Bourgeois Medoc AOC's playful bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The dominant shades of black cherry, black plum and black pepper create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for red wine is slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3 - 8 years after harvest. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Chateau Potensac Cru Bourgeois Medoc AOC goes well with Gruyère burgers, pizza with mushrooms and ribeye steak.
