Tasting note
Rich purple garnet, close in the middle, purple shimmer on the outside. Complex, almost somewhat playful bouquet, fine cassis notes, violet notes, medium pressure. Very elegant on the palate and finely bundled in the long finale. This wine has found harmony and will be a lot of fun when ready to eat. In doing so, he will probably get pretty close to his own 90s - in terms of drinking pleasure.
