About the wine
Château Labatut is located in the extreme eastern area of the Entre-Deux-Mer. Built by the Duras landowners during the Hundred Years War and maintained over the centuries, it is surrounded by around 45 hectares of sun-drenched vineyards.

Tasting note
Ruby red color. The nose has a scent of ripe berries and chocolate. On the palate, Château Labatut again shows aromas of berries, accompanied by harmonious tannins. The wine is full-bodied, with a nice length without being obtrusive.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2021. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Château Labatut Grande Réserve Bordeaux Superieur harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit rotem Fleisch, Gruyère Burger und Pizza mit Pilzen.
