The winemaker from the Swiss Hammel SA winery masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the beautiful and fertile landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
The Château de Vincy Pinot Noir Grand Cru bouquet of mushrooms and caramel candy shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of raspberry, cherry and vanilla shape its individual texture. Its elegant ruby red crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this shade in any color palette. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its impeccable quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with foie gras, quail, orange duck, cheese, dessert with almonds, warm pear cake, pistachio ice cream.
