About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this powerful Chasselas 2019 — Château de Vincy Grand Cru. The winemaker from the Swiss Hammel SA winery makes this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the beautiful and fertile landscape of Vaud. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this chasselas with cheese platters or terrines.
Tasting note
Its shiny lemon yellow gives you summer warmth and refreshment regardless of the season. Your guests will confirm it for you. The Château de Vincy Grand Cru aromas of flowers and herbs express a lot of character with a very individual structure. The refreshing nuances of grapefruit, honey and lime then show their own character. With a light body and dominant acidity, this white wine shows its impeccable quality.
