About the wine
Fertile and sunny landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Wonderful ruby red. A noble red wine that is reminiscent of red berries, especially raspberries. Peppery notes, nice structure with well-rounded tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red mullet fillets, turkey stuffed with chestnuts in the oven, duck legs, Zurich sliced meat with hash browns, beef goulash, braised beef chops, creamy soft cheese.
