Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. Subsequently, the striking nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2020-2050. Flaschenpost team tip: Goes well with pizza with mushrooms, ribeye steak and Gruyère burgers.
