About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Shiraz 2014 Château Cascadais Bio. Sunny landscapes Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Philippe Courrian conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Shiraz can be served very well with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Tasting note
From the classic red wine grape varieties of southern France. The wine is aged in barriques. In the glass, a beautiful crimson, strong, spicy-peppery bouquet with aromas of dark berries and a fine woody note. Fleshy palate with finely polished tannins and a juicy, long finish. harmony and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, fine cuts of meat and vegetables.
