The wine-growing regions of the French winery Château Faugères stretch across the landscapes in Bordeaux, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Intense ruby purple, fine edge Peppery bouquet, red plums, light woods, medium spice. The fruit has a sweet geranium note, the tannins are rounded, the finale is tart and quite long. (Gabriel Primeur)
Culinary recommendation
An ideal accompaniment to pies, terrines, artisanal meat dishes with lamb, game and beef.
Vinification
Silvio Denz runs this winery with personal advice from Graf Compte de Neipperg and Michelle Rolland. After harvesting and selection by hand, the grapes are vinified in steel tanks. The subsequent aging takes place over twelve months in used French barriques.
