With this powerful Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Chateau Arrogant AOP Arrogant Frog, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
Deep crimson. Elegant and complex scent of red berries, ripe strawberries and spicy notes. Accessible, soft and balanced on the palate with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy pasta dishes, poultry, grilled meats and soft cheeses.
Vinification
In order to preserve their natural freshness, the grapes are harvested at night. Cold maceration of the mash for 3 days. Each grape variety is vinified individually. After temperature-controlled fermentation for 6 days at 22 to 24° C., the wine is stored for 4 months in new concrete tanks
