About the wine
The Grey family has been taking care of the land for four generations. The 50-hectare cultivated area is located on the South Island of New Zealand in Nelson.

Tasting note
This lemon-yellow Chardonnay is very fruity with notes of peach and lemon peel. They are supported by subtle notes of nougat and spices on the nose and palate. The wine has a medium body. The acidity is gentle and pleasant and rejuvenates the wine to a long, full finish with soft nutty and mineral notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken and turkey.
Vinification
100% malolactic fermentation. 10 months on fine yeast.
