You can describe the Aargau landscape with words such as hilly. However, the Swiss Weingut zum Sternen is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Bio
Tasting note
Golden yellow color. On the nose, superficial fruit and sweetness with light aromas of banana, vanilla and toast notes as well as typical Chardonnay nuances such as grapefruit or butter. Dense, harmonious, fresh and persistent on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with truffles, fish with herbs and poultry.
