About the wine
After destemming and pressing, the must is mashed cold with peels so that the aromatic substances can be released optimally. After five hours, the must is removed from the mash and further fermented first in barriques and then in stainless steel tanks. After aging for four months, the wine is bottled at room temperature.
Tasting note
Mostly bright straw yellow. Intense, typically fruity, long-lasting bouquet and scents of tropical fruit and vanilla. Dry on the palate, pleasantly fresh, with an excellent body, personal touch and great harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salmon, mushroom risotto, seafood spaghetti and sea fish baked in foil.
