About the wine
We have a special, strong white wine from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine du Tariquet grows this wine in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is ideal to serve with soft cheese or poultry.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant lemon yellow with light green reflections and medium intensity. Aroma: Fine varietal nose, clear, slightly citric and exotic honeydew melon, nutty, fine balsamic nuances. Body: Very long, lively drink, elegant palate, present acidity, medium-bodied, distinctive aroma on the palate, finely nutty balsamic. Quality: Elegant, fruity and harmonious, a Chardonnay that makes you happy.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with cream of pumpkin soup, fresh pasta in a creamy sauce with salmon strips and scallop carpaccio.
