Tasting note
The nose reveals complex, spicy aromas of hazelnuts, cocoa and ripe pears. On the palate, the velvety texture delights with the long-lasting, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful accompaniment to poultry dishes — from white meats such as chicken breast to more intensive varieties such as turkey, quail and so on.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine ages in barriques for 18 months before being bottled for another 12 months before being sold.
