About the wine
The castle of Auvernier is one of the links between former and present size. As late as 1914, 400 bottles of Pinot Noir Château d'Auvernier of 1911 were emptied on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prussian Guard. The current owner of the castle, Thierry Grosjean, is proactive and cosmopolitan and his wines are also highly appreciated abroad.

Tasting note
Pale golden yellow Aromas of stone fruit, such as peach, apricot and nectarine. Refreshing acidity and juicy fruit. Long, complex aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect food companion. Good with fish in sauce, shellfish and seafood.
