About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudo Disisa conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. You are sure to enjoy the delicious Chara DOC Sicilia, which was produced in 2019.
Tasting note
Straw-yellow in color with elegant green reflections, fruity with notes of broom and peach in the bouquet. The taste is fresh, fruity and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with starters, fish first and second courses, but also with seafood and shellfish.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature (15-18°C). Refining in stainless steel for 6 months. Refining in bottle for 60 days.
