Tasting note
Brilliant golden hue. The nose is characterized by citrus and madel notes with slightly smoky hints. Creamy on the palate, with aromas of grapefruit, honey and peach. fresh acidity, harmonious perlage and a long, slightly spicy finish.

Goes well with a fine aperitif or scallop with champagne sauce.

The history of the champagne house Piper-Heidsieck goes back a long way.
