Tasting note
The Cuvée Victor is probably the Préstige cuvée with the best price-performance ratio of all well-known champagne houses. A delicate champagne with fine perlage, creamy fullness and great sustainability. Perfect harmony and a wonderful 'wininess' make this wine an excellent accompaniment to food.

Vinification
Cuvée Victor is Mandois flagship. An unusual symphony composed of over 50 years old vines from the Mandois cultivated areas of Chouilly and Vertus. The low yields of the old vines result in a structure and a balance between concentration and fineness that are indispensable for a large cuvée. In addition, part of the harvest is vinified in oak barrels according to old tradition, such as that of 100 years, by Victor, to give the wine even more roundness and complexity. The wines are stored on the fine yeast for approx. 7 years before they are sold
