About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Frerejean Frères greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this sparkling wine with crustaceans or appetizers.
Tasting note
This champagne glows salmon red at us. The wine shows delicate aromas of red berries and raspberries. We also taste mirabelles and some brioche. A soft, well-structured rosé champagne. The wine is aged for five to six years, which is a very long time and a sign of high quality for a rosé. In addition, the grapes for this champagne come exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru vines.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler is recommended for appetizers, oysters and fish dishes.
