The winemaker from the French winery Frerejean Frères greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this sparkling wine with crustaceans or appetizers.
Tasting note
The signature wine from Frèrejean Frères is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A firework of aromas on the nose: white flowers, green apple peels, pear, candied orange peel. On the palate, we taste various candied fruits, brioche and nutty aromas. A champagne that goes wonderfully with Iberico ham or a light risotto as an aperitif.
