Tasting note
Straw yellow Yellow-fleshed fruits and floral notes. Spicy, dynamic and with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apero, raw fish, terrines and cream cheese.
Vinification
Deserting, decanting, fermentation at a controlled temperature partly in steel and partly in wood. Followed by blending with reserve wines. Second fermentation using the Champenoise method for 48 months.
