About the wine

Gary and Kathy Jordan have been among the top producers in the Cape since 1993, and although both are career changers (Kathy has a degree in economics, Gary is a geologist), they form a phenomenal team of winemakers. On 146 hectares with a wide variety of soil conditions and microclimates, they produce plants of international level, which are characterized by individuality and refinement in equal measure. The grape variety table is wide-ranging and contains almost all classic European varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
