Tasting note
Attractive white gold color with a delicate, bright green glow The nose offers citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is refined, smooth and rich. Everything is perfectly balanced: lively but discreet, mineral yet not dry, fruity but precise.
Vinification
Olivier Bailly carried out part of the fermentation (and malolactic) in barrels for 20% of this alternative assemblage.
