Tasting note
Dark cherry red. Fruity bouquet with aromas of currants, violets, cherries and plums, as well as subtle aromas of spices and wood. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with a well-structured body, great elegance and a long-lasting finish.
Vinification
The grapes are traditionally vinified. The maceration in stainless steel tanks lasts around 15 days at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C. The various wines are then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and are then assembled and bottled.
