The enchanting and sunny landscapes of Valle Central give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Chilean winery Castillo de Molina conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple shimmer. Expressive and complex, characterized by red fruits such as plums, sour cherries, wild berries and by toasted notes that oak barriques give it. Fruity, well-integrated palate, soft and velvety, with ripe, delicious tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with eggplant caviar, stuffed poultry, grilled white meat with herbs, chicken in a Roman pot, veal kidneys, spare ribs, beef cutlet, entrecote with mushroom sauce, osso-buco and camembert.
