About the wine
With the distinctive red wine — Castel Firmian Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Riserva, nuances and accents are redefined. The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Trentino give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Castel Firmian conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The Teroledgo Riserva is only grown in good years in the predestined areas and pressed from hand-sorted grapes. The Teroldego grape variety is an autochthonous grape variety from Trentino. The wine has a complex, typical bouquet of ripe fruit with pleasant notes of blueberries, plums and red currants, accompanied by spicy notes created by aging in wooden barrels. The palate is full-bodied, full, harmonious, with pleasant tannins. A wine of great character.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with roasts, grilled meat, aged cheese or a hearty risotto.

At least 24 months, including 12 in valuable oak barrels (Allier and Troncais)
