Tasting note
The climate of the Dolomites gives the wine a bouquet of ripe, red and black berries. It shows a fruity, seductive aroma of jam. The bouquet is completed by a fine hint of vanilla and almonds due to the long ageing on the wood. On the palate, it is robust, structured but fine, with controlled acidity that perfectly reflects the climate of the area of origin.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy appetizers with sausage and mature cheese. Pasta, game and grilled meat.
Vinification
10 months in French oak barrels, aged for 3 years and lightly toasted.
