About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Carmelo Rodero has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful and enchanting landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Tasting note
Very balanced with an attractive and intense, deep cherry color with light purple reflections and an amber-colored edge. Particularly subtle nose with ripe fruit aromas, combined with roasted and spicy notes (vanilla and cinnamon) and notes of coffee. Surprisingly meaty with a perfectly balanced acidity and a lingering finish. Round with ripe, elegant tannins and an extremely pleasant mouthfeel.

Goes well with beef, grilled meats, stews, fine pieces of meat
Vinification
Ageing for 20 months in French barriques.
