This “Carmel P.C” has fruity aromas of passion fruit, guava and melon. It has a light body and a refreshing finish.
Culinary recommendation
Serve the wine cold with grilled sardines, chicken breast or mushroom pâté.
Vinification
The wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Upper Galilee. To preserve the freshness of the grapes, the juice is fermented in cold steel barrels and then stored only for a short time.
