The “Carmel 4 Vats” is a Mediterranean blend that, thanks to the different grape varieties and the unique processing method, points to an impressive innovation. The aim of the winemakers is in fact to produce a fresh and fruity wine that is similar to the classic Mediterranean in southern France.

Combine the drop with lamb chops, fried tuna or Emmental cheese.
Vinification
After mixing the juices, the wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
