About the wine

Tasting note
Our own vineyards, which lie between the medieval towns of Montepulciano and Cortona, in southern Tuscany, produce the grapes for this uncomplicated, accessible red wine, which delights with its juicy tannins and its fruity structure. The nose reveals a mix of herbal and fruit aromas that are intense and promising. It is a pleasure wine that is suitable for many occasions and occasions and is popular with a large audience. Popular because it perfectly expresses the idea of a typical Tuscan wine and the associated Italianità.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with antipasto, pizza, cannelloni, lasagna, lamb grilled beef, pork grilled, grilled chicken and spaghetti bolognese.
Vinification
The young Sangiovese wine is aged in traditional, large oak barrels from Slovenia and the rest for five months in used barriques (second and third use)
