About the wine
With the provocative Grenache 2015 — Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Sella & Mosca conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This grenache is ideal to serve with red meat or burgers with blue cheese.

Tasting note
Medium ruby with brightening at the edge. Aged notes of nice intensity on the nose as well as aromas of warm spices, eucalyptus and some rosemary. Accompanied by a delicate sweetness, some plum compote and licorice. Dry The start on the palate is medium-bodied, aromatic, accompanied by a harmoniously integrated acidity. The tannins are noticeable and of very good quality. Medium-long, spicy-warm aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious with everyday Italian cuisine such as spaghetti pomodoro.
Vinification
Only Cannonau grapes are used for the island's classic wine. Vinification of the mash in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for one year in large Slavonian oak barrels.
