About the wine
Hand picking of Pinot Noir grapes. Maceration on the skins in steel vats and then maturation for 12 months in barriques. This careful wine production process contributes to the excellent end result, of which the Bisi family can rightly be proud.
Tasting note
Medium intensity ruby red wine that offers a very elegant nose, of ripe berries such as raspberry, black currants and blackberries with light spicy notes. The palate is harmonious and pleasant with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with cheese and vegetable dishes. Thanks to the Pinot Noir elegance, it also goes well with fish dishes.
Vinification
12 months in barrique.
