Tasting note
Intense straw yellow. The scent is intense and complex, the typical aromas of this grape variety are clearly revealed; exotic fruit, candied citrus fruits. Elegant and refreshing on the palate with a pleasant perlage. The aromas are repeated.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif, festive occasions, but also with light starters, e.g. mussels, various desserts and much more.
Vinification
Traditional bottle fermentation and refinement over a period of 36 months on selected yeasts.
