Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose with aromas of black cherries, strawberries and rose leaves. On the palate, with a juicy texture and aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and chocolate notes. Subtle acidity, fine tannins and a fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with slightly aged cheese and charcuterie.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by cold maceration, fermentation and aging in steel tanks.
