Tasting note
Rich, bright pink On the nose, pink grapefruit, ripe peach, red berries. Seductively fruity. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Citrus aromas again, also a bit spicy. Excellently balanced acidity Good aftertaste with lovely aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as mozzarella skewers or bruschette.
Vinification
The selected grapes are picked, destemmed and gently pressed by hand. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. This relatively cool fermentation temperature gives the wine fresh primary aromas. The young wine matures for a short time in stainless steel tanks, then in the bottle for four months and is then released for trade.
