Tasting note
Color: Intense ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, intense bouquet of ripe, red fruits, slightly spicy notes. Character: Concentrated on the palate, with a nice tannin structure
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with caramelized cherry tomatoes, red meat, game dishes, mature cheese and much more.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed directly from the vineyard. 1-year aging in concrete tanks to enhance the varietal aromas of this grape variety.
