About the wine

Sometimes chance is the greatest luck, sometimes great things come from knowledge and planning, and sometimes the two come together, just like here. Caiarossa, founded in 1998, replanted 40 ha of vineyards, biodynamics from the very first minute (certified in 2005), a basis on which great things should be created. However, the real initial spark was in 2004, when Eric Albada Jelgersma (Château Giscours, Château du Tertre) acquired the winery and initiated the ascent to the top of Tuscany with his immense knowledge and individual signature. Fascinating wines that combine the erotic elegance of Tuscans with the cool French nobility of the Bordeaux people in an incomparable way, with mystical depth.
