About the wine
With the dominant red wine 2013 — Cabernet Sauvignon Hilltop, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Sunny landscapes in California give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the US winery Jerry Lohr Winery conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal to serve with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Color: dark red Aroma: Intense bouquet of blueberries and black cherries. Character: On the palate, a firework of aromas, carried by a soft tannin structure. It looks velvety, powerful and impressively harmonious. One of the best Cabernet Sauvignon ever made.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb with rosemary, beef bourguignon, filet and much more.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks, aging in French barriques for 19-20 months, bottled unfiltered.
